What Jake keeps when you try the demo or join early access, who handles it, and how to have it deleted. No ads, no tracking cookies, and we don't sell anything about you.

Early access

When you join, we keep your email, your website if you give it, the plan you picked if any, and when you joined. We use them to tell you when your spot opens.

The demo

When you type a website, Jake reads its public pages and its public Google listing, and we keep the address and what he learned.

The demo has a daily limit. To count it, we keep a code made from your internet address, the day and a secret key. The code changes every day, and your address itself isn’t kept.

Calls with Jake

Demo calls are recorded, and you’re told so beside the button before a call starts. We keep the recording and the transcript to check how Jake did and to improve him. They’re stored with LiveKit, which carries the call.

While you talk, your voice also goes to the services that run the call: they turn it into text, write Jake’s reply and speak it. Please don’t say anything on a demo call you wouldn’t want kept, such as card numbers.

Who handles it

Vercel hosts the site and checks requests for bots. Neon holds the database. LiveKit carries and records calls. Deepgram or AssemblyAI turn speech into text. Anthropic writes Jake’s replies and reads websites, through Vercel’s AI Gateway. ElevenLabs is Jake’s voice. Google provides business listings.

Deleting it

We keep early-access entries, demo records and call recordings until you ask us to delete them. Write to hello@getjake.ai to see, correct or delete what we have about you.

Changes

When this changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
