How do I forward calls on Comcast Business?

On a VoiceEdge line, dial *72 and the ten-digit number to forward every call, or *92 and the number to forward calls you don't answer. Turn them off with *73 and *93. You can set the same in the VoiceEdge portal.

Why doesn't busy forwarding work on my Comcast line?

Comcast's busy forwarding (*90) works only when call waiting is off. With call waiting on, a second call waits instead of forwarding. Use no-answer forwarding (*92), or turn call waiting off.
