How do I forward RingCentral calls to another number?

In the RingCentral app, open your profile, then Incoming call rules, turn on Forward all calls, choose Forward the call, enter the number and save. You can set a schedule so it only forwards at certain times.

Can I forward RingCentral calls only after hours?

Yes. Forward all calls takes a schedule, so calls can go to Jake only outside your business hours while your team answers during the day.
