On a Spectrum Business phone, dial *72 then the number and # to forward every call, *92 for calls you miss and *90 for calls while you're busy. Each has an off code.

Dial from the phone whose number you're forwarding, then call it from another phone to check.
- 1Sign in as an administrator and open Services.
- 2Choose Business Phone, then Manage Settings.
- 3Under Call Forwarding, choose Forward Select Calls, Missed Calls or Busy Line.
- 4Pick Forward to Phone Number, enter Jake's number and save.

- Dial 1 and the area code before Jake's number if your line needs it.
- You'll hear a confirmation tone when forwarding turns on.
